Returns Policy

The Huxtashop does not accept returns on any products, unless the product is proven to be faulty or damaged in someway. If you receive a product that you believe is faulty and/or damaged, please take a photograph of the product on arrival and contact us directly on feedback@huxtaburger.com.au. 
We accept no responsibility if an order is placed incorrectly. Here's a list of what we consider to be "faulty" or "damaged".


Vouchers:

  • Voucher not verified 
  • Incorrect value written on voucher
  • Voucher ripped/stained


Books:

  • Water damaged
  • Rips and Stains
  • Printing damage
